Cancellation Policy

We strive for the best experience for our clients. If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so within 24 hrs of scheduled appointment so we may offer your spot to another client. Failure to provide 24 hrs notice will result in being charged the full amount of your appointment PLUS a 4% transaction fee. Cancellation and no show fees are the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid in full before client's next scheduled appointment. If you have a membership no refunds, appointment transfers, or fund roll-overs when failure to provide 24 hrs notice.
